Practice Policies

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance through our booking system.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows (appointments missed without notice) will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash.
Insurance information can be discussed during your initial consultation.

Communication

We send appointment reminders via email or phone 24 hours before your visit.
