Practice Policies

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance through our booking system.
  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (appointments missed without notice) will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept credit/debit cards and cash.
  • Insurance information can be discussed during your initial consultation.

Communication

  • We send appointment reminders via email or phone 24 hours before your visit.
  • For urgent questions or concerns between appointments, please contact us via email or phone. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Herbal Medicine & Supplements

  • Herbal formulas are custom-prepared based on your individual needs.
